Pangolin Unframed.jpg

Scaled, South Africa 2010

from €400.00

Giclée Print on Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper, hand-signed, unframed, 3 cm white border.

AP 2 of 2

40 x 40 cm (12 x 12 inches), Edition of 12

60 x 60 cm (24 x 24 inches), Edition of 10

This photo shows a Temminck´s Pangolin with it´s beautiful artichoke scales, taken in great excitment as they are very rarely seen. Sadly Pangolins have found a recent fame for being the most trafficked mammal on our planet and, more recently still, have been mentioned as one of the animals, that may have played a role in the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 Virus out of the wet markets in Wuhan.
